Hi, I’m Kelly, the Service Leader at Kaniva Uniting Early Learning. I’ve worked in the EL sector for 7 years. I have a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and am currently working towards my Bachelor of Early Childhood Education.

My passion for early education stems from allowing children the freedom to follow their own journey and expand their unique, magical experiences.

The team at Kaniva provides children with a flexible, nurturing, and safe play environment that engages their individual interests and extends on their learning opportunities. We are trained professionals who are held to high regulation standards that ensure the health and safety of everyone.

Michelle

Hi, my name is Michelle, and I am the Program Leader for the 3.5- to 5-year-old age group at Campbell Street Uniting Early Learning. I have a Bachelor of Teaching (Kindergarten to Year 8) and have been working in the sector for over 20 years.

For the past 11 years I have worked for Uniting, with the past 7 years in my current role. Seeing children grow from being tiny babies to toddlers and eventually kindergarten children ready for school is incredibly rewarding. I love to witness the look on a child’s face when they achieve something like writing their own name or completing a challenging puzzle.

I am passionate about giving children a warm and nurturing environment where they can freely learn, form friendships and be curious, engaged and competent learners. I am dedicated to working with families to provide the best possible learning and care for their children.

Hello, I’m Leanne, the Early Childhood Teacher at Buchan Uniting Early Learning. I’ve been an early childhood teacher for over 20 years. I have a Diploma of Teaching Primary and a Graduate Diploma of Education Early Childhood.

I’m passionate about creating an extremely rich, thoughtprovoking learning environment that is authentically beautiful for all children. With the intention of each child developing a true sense of belonging, to feel safe, secure and supported as they participate in openended experiences to support their learning and engagement. I view children as confident, capable, curious and active learners. Building strong partnerships with families is the key to maximising the fullest potential of each individual child.

Hi, I’m Yvonne and I’m the Kindergarten Teacher at Bruthen Uniting Early Learning. I hold a Diploma of Teaching (Early Childhood) and have worked in the sector for 30 years. I’m excited to get to know each child and their families and learn about the personalities of the individual children.

Our team has a wealth of knowledge and experience, which is reflected in the environment we create at Bruthen. Not only will your child be respected and supported in a safe space, they will also be guided positively to enhance their social and emotional development. They’ll build trusting
