Kindergarten Teacher
Hi, I’m Louise and I’m the Education Leader and a Kindergarten Teacher at High Country Uniting Early Learning. I’ve worked at Uniting for nearly 20 years, 9 at this service. I hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood.
I’m passionate about shaping and nurturing young children’s development and preparing them for their future, based on their individual interests and needs. At High Country, our team encourages each child’s uniqueness and self-esteem to promote confidence and independence.
Get in touch today to discuss how we can support your family.
Our educators are trained in various programs to support the mental health of your child and are skilled in working with children who have experienced challenges and trauma. We also offer mental health support for families if you find yourself in need of assistance.
Your child will learn about nutrition and how to take care of their body. We teach food safety,
healthy eating and the importance of exercise through fun and practical activities. These include:
As a child safe organisation, our educators undergo regular working with children’s and police checks. We are focused on delivering learning and development in a safe and supportive environment, so you can trust that your child is in good hands.
