Early Childhood Teacher

Lisa

Hi, I’m Lisa and I’m the Early Childhood Teacher at Paynesville Kindergarten. I have worked in early learning for over 30 years and hold an Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching 0–8-year-olds.

My values as a teacher are kindness, commitment, and professionalism. I am passionate about early learning because it is vital that children experience a rich, positive, engaging, and calming learning and development environment in their formative years. Creating a love for learning, in which each child feels a sense of place and belonging, is my heart felt goal. Every day is different, every child and group is different, and that makes my job so refreshing, rewarding and a rich learning experience for me too. Families are always the child’s first and foremost teacher and I endeavour to support them by building strong and trusting relationships.
