Early learning in Paynesville.
Our kindergarten is located on Langford Parade, opposite Southon Bush Reserve.
Our educators are passionate about nurturing your child’s self-esteem, sense of belonging and wellbeing to help them thrive.
Your child will engage in hands-on, nature-based activities and collaborative play to foster their strengths, interests and social connections.
We have experienced educators who specialise in working with children of all abilities embrace their diverse ways of learning.
Our kinder has access to a range of specialists, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, paediatric consultants, social workers and maternal and child health nurses.

Our kinder features inviting indoor and outdoor learning spaces that provide connections with nature, community and foster curiosity and creativity through play-based learning. Our kindergarten features:
- Planned indoor spaces
- Leafy yards that attract local birds
- Undercover pergola areas
- Amphitheatre
- Mud kitchen
- Sand pits
- Boat
- Swings
- Cubby houses
- Large fort, climbing equipment and slide
- Water tanks
- Vegetable garden and fruit trees
- Worm farms.

Hi, I’m Liesl, the Kindergarten Teacher at Paynesville Uniting Kindergarten. I have a My educational philosophy is to create a learning environment that is fun and exciting, based around the interests and wonder of each individual child. I believe that learning is happening all the time, interwoven through physical, social-emotional, cognitive and communication development areas. Here at Paynesville, we value all children’s perspectives and view them as capable and competent learners. Our dedicated, passionate and caring team of educators are ready to support your child to become the best they can be. We look forward to welcoming your family to our centre.
bachelor’s in teaching (birth to 5 years) and have worked in the Early Childhood industry for over 30 years.

Our educators are trained in various programs to support the mental health of your child. We offer yoga, mindfulness and relaxation techniques for children. Our educators are skilled in working with children who have experienced challenges and trauma. We also offer mental health support for families if you find yourself in need of assistance.

We offer learning experiences and activities that will help your child to care for their physical health. We offer:
