Established in 1969, Heyfield Kindergarten provides education and care services for children aged 4 and above in a beautiful rural setting
Our kindergarten offers a natural sanctuary that remains in touch with its environment, with flexible session times to support the needs of local families.
Children enrolling in our service in 2019 are eligible for the Victorian Government drought kindergarten fee subsidy.
Heyfield Kindergarten allows your child to learn and grow while immersing themselves within the lush country landscape. Safe, well-shaded play areas encourage children to be social and physically active and are complemented by natural features and home-grown produce that make learning about sustainability fun.

Heyfield Kindergarten welcomes all families to participate in your child’s early learning experience by joining us on excursions, volunteering your time, helping with fundraising events, harvesting the garden, and joining our parent advisory committee. Families are vital to establishing connections with community organisations and resources that can be used to broaden your child’s understanding of the world.

Our educators are equipped with the skills to provide safe and nurturing environments to all children. They are experienced in working with children who live with a range of physical and intellectual disability or with children who have experienced challenges and trauma.

For interest in a kindergarten place for 2020 or 2021, please complete the Uniting registration form.
For a place in 2021, we send the letters of offer out to families in August including instructions for the next steps of enrolment and orientation dates.
